Q: How do I purchase NOW Pro for-QuickBooks?

A: NOW Pro can be purchased from the Android Market. NOW Pro unlocks the additional features within NOW Lite. Install NOW Lite prior to purchasing NOW Pro. See partial Pro  feature list above.

Q: What's the difference between LIte & PRO?

A: NOW-Lite is a free evaluation version of Pro. Pro offers advanced features:

Both Pro and Lite allow sync between Android and QuickBooks with subscription to Intuit App Center.

Q: Where can I get NOW PRO?

A: Purchase NOW-Pro from the Android Market.
Q: Can I try to sync NOW with QuickBooks before subscribiong to the App Center?

A: Yes. A 10-day free trial subscription is available from the Intuit App Center.

Q: Can I create new customers on my Android using NOW?

A: Yes. New customers entered into NOW will be submitted to QuickBooks during sync.

Q: Are there any toutorials available for setup and use?

A: YES. See the video links at left.

Q: How does NOW connect to my QuickBooks?

A: NOW connects to QuickBooks through a secure online account with the Intuit App Center.

You must first create your App Center account from your QuickBooks workstation ( the desktop or laptop on which you have installed QuickBooks.)

After your QuickBooks data has been synced with the App Center, setup your mobile connection from your Android device.

The data exchange, or “synchronization”, process is manually launched as needed by the mobile user.

The QuickBooks workstation sync may be set to auto-update periodically.

Q: Can I import my Android Contacts into my customer list?

A: Yes. You may manually enter new customers into the NOW customer list, or you may import 1 or all of your contacts from your Android contact list into NOW. All the imported contacts will be listed as 'Customers'. Customers within your QuickBooks database will be automatically imported into the NOW data base during the synchronization process.

Q: Do I need an SD card in my Android device to use NOW?

A: Yes. While the application will run without an SD card present, the SD card is used for data storage. An SD card  512mb or larger is recommended.

Q: Which version of QuickBooks syncs with NOW over the Intuit App Center?

A: Use QuickBooks versions 2009 or newer, US editions only. Other international versions will become compatible soon.
